Kadoro Events and Communications recently livened up the HP head office in Rivonia with festive elements and colourful fairground attractions for the HP Carnival product launch.

Kadoro MD Amanda Maynard knows how to stir up a festive atmosphere!
“In keeping with the name of the product, the event brief from Publicis required utilising the carnival theme throughout the launch to staff, media and clients. So we went to town and used everything from stiltwalkers to greet guests on arrival - to clowns and balloon artists to entertain them during the event,” explains Kadoro MD, Amanda Maynard.
The carnival fun was extended to the food and drinks and guests were welcomed with slush puppies and popcorn. The buffet dinner offered a choice of fajitas, French fries, hamburgers and prego rolls, while house of fun dessert stations were brimming with delicious treats like candy floss, toffee apples, fudge and doughnuts.
“Kadoro maintains its niche in the market by always providing fresh and innovative ideas, in line with the client's brand ideals,” says Amanda. “Once again this was an example of identifying ways of pushing the boundaries - while also showering guests with enjoyable surprise elements.”
