In celebration of Mother's Day this year, True Love magazine will feature Winnie Madikizela-Mandela and her two daughters, Zenani Dlamini and Zindzi Mandela, on the cover and as the main feature.
An undeniable scoop for the magazine and its new editor Dorah Sitole (the family is very selective about the interviews they do), the feature interview will take a closer look at the bond the three women share and what being a mother means to Madikizela-Mandela.
“I am thrilled that we were able to secure one of the most iconic South African families to represent Mother's Day in our May Issue,” says Dorah Sitole, Editor of True Love. “These three women are the epitome of what True Love represents to its readers – they are successful, dynamic and empowered while remaining true to their roots and their family values.”
The May issue is Sitole's second instalment as Editor of True Love. Sitole has been with the magazine since 1987 and has served as its food editor and spokesperson for many years.
And if the scoop of the Mandela family is not enough, the May issue will also be bagged with a super bumper winter fashion and beauty supplement. This gorgeous addition to May will arm the readers with everything they possibly need to know to get through this winter with style, beauty and glowing good health.
The May issue will hit the shelves on 9 April.
