LayerCake is a new specialist recruitment agency for the advertising and marketing industry in Cape Town. It is owned and run by Wendy Rijksen-Bubb, Sarah Murchison and Colette Romon, the dynamic team, who for the past 10 years, were connected with the Cape Town office of a national recruitment agency operating in the same industry.

All three partners have backgrounds in advertising and marketing in mainstream agencies and marketing companies. The agency is managed by Colette who also provides all candidate and client support.

Their new venture, LayerCake, is a smaller and more intimate recruitment company than that of their competitors.
