In a move to stand out amongst the crowd and make more of a big, bold statement about who they are, headhunting and search consultancy, Syndicate Personnel Specialists have recently embarked on a re-branding campaign, starting with a revamp of their company logo.
Together with design agency Orange Room Designs, Syndicate owners Celeste Hinde and Sue Powell took the original three figures encircled by the letter S, and opted to go for something a little bolder. “Our new logo must make an impression, it must say we mean business!" says Hinde.
Using Syndicate’s existing corporate colours of purple, orange and green, the new logo is now more powerful, more modern looking and forward thinking, with a bolder typeface and a slick and simplistic feel.
The word SYNDICATE is succeeded by three coloured blocks – the result of an idea to utilise branding devices of some sort to represent the three areas the company specialises in – sales, marketing and supply chain. “Each one represents a different and individual field, yet they all work together in harmony to create a powerful and consistent whole as they would in the business world,” says Hinde.
By updating their logo and focussing strongly on re-branding this year, Syndicate aims to re-emphasise their dedication to being one step above the rest, an outstanding service provider and constantly changing and bettering themselves to the benefit of their clients.
