The Southern African Marketing Research Association (SAMRA) is calling for papers for the 2008 SAMRA Conference, which will take place from the 27th to the 28th of May 2008 at Sun International's Royal Swazi Spa in the Ezulwini Valley in Swaziland.
The Royal Swazi Spa is an oasis in the Kingdom of Swaziland with its sweeping verandas, large oak trees and wide open spaces. This regal hotel stirs and stimulates the senses with its contrasting qualities, and the combination of Swazi hospitality and state of the art conference facilities make this an ideal venue for the SAMRA Conference.
Rosemary Henson, SAMRA Conference Chair, says, “It's been a number of years since we've had a cross-border conference, and as the Southern African Marketing Research Association we felt that it was time to broaden our horizons and revisit the Royal Swazi Spa. After the successful 2007 conference we would like to deliver an even better industry event. This venue will more than live up to delegates' expectations, and the cross-border experience will hopefully generate even more exciting and inspiring papers for the 2008 conference.”
“The focus for the 2008 conference is 'New' – research developments, research thinking, research technology and research methods,” says Leonie Vorster, SAMRA Chairperson, “We would like to challenge suppliers and users to review the recent and forthcoming industry developments rather than rehash the past issues or debates.”
SAMRA is now calling for papers. Deadline for submission of the synopses is 15 November 2007.
For information on synopsis submission please contact Rosemary Henson on info@samra.co.za or on 011 886 3771.
