With 2010 only two years away and service in South Africa often seen as lacking, N'lighten, the customer-service improvement company, is offering a series of workshops throughout 2008 dedicated to providing businesses with tools to build their level of customer service effectively.

The one-day workshops are aimed at small to medium-sized businesses. The first one is scheduled for 12 March, 2008 at the Old Mutual Business School in Pinelands between 08h00-16h30. The Customer Service Advantage Workshops offer strategic insights on delighting customers, building brand strategies and empowering employees to have a passion for the consumer. The full-day intensive practical and entertaining workshop is offered at R1300 (ex VAT) and includes course materials, refreshments and a light lunch. Booking is essential.
