Each course runs over two months with three days in one month and three days in another month, allowing a three week interval between each session in order to give candidates time to complete assignments and to reflect on what they have learnt. There is a strong emphasis on experiential learning.

The course structures are as follows:

Johannesburg:	1st Session – 15 to 17 April 2008 2nd Session – 13 to 15 May 2008 (Both sessions must be attended)
Cape Town:	1st Session – 17 to 19 March 2008 2nd Session – 7 to 9 April 2008 (Both Sessions must be attended)

The courses have, in the past, attracted delegates from all parts of Southern Africa and all sectors of the market, including corporate and NGOs.
