Lamb has been an integral part of the group's landscape for nearly a decade, working closely with Yossi Schwartz and other key role players in the organisation.

“I could not have hoped for a better and more appropriate successor” says Schwartz. “Fraser displays the core competencies that the group requires to be able to champion and challenge the new playing fields that are the advertising and marketing realms of the twenty first century” he continued.

With Y&R South Africa forming an integral and strategic entity in the group's EMEA region, Lamb's appointment will positively impact the group as a whole by consolidating the group's network for future outcomes in southern Africa and in doing so; will be keeping the group at the forefront of innovation.

“Regardless of a client's size they require a complete solution to ensure that they have the tools to meet their objectives which is the interpretation of integrated marketing” says Lamb.

Schwartz will remain on as chairman of Young & Rubicam Brands while Debbie Loftie-Eaton of Grey Matter succeeds Lamb at Wunderman.
