Alliance Media had previously held the five-year concession which expired and was tendered by the National Airports Company of Namibia. The re-awarding of the concession was as a result of Alliance's excellent performance in the tender submission as well as their good track record with the National Airports Company.

The Hosea Kutako International Airport has recently been refurbished in order to accommodate new retail and dining facilities as well as an increase in size of the terminal building in order to handle the growing number of passengers. Alliance Media plans to install new innovative media within the airport as well as on the approach road to the terminal buildings.

Aside from airport advertising within Namibia, Alliance Media Namibia is the country's largest outdoor advertising company, who is proud to have the exclusive street pole advertising concession, the suburban signs concession, as well as bus shelter and billboard sites across the country.
